CDS is fortunate to have the expertise of an on-site Litigation Support Consultant with twenty years in-house legal experience - a role unprecedented in a bureau. Inez Russell's background as National Manager of a Legal Technology Solutions practice group within a top tier law firm positions her at the forefront of industry expertise.

Inez's extensive knowledge of litigation, court and document management processes enables CDS to offer clients the benefit of her unique experience. The Federal Court Practice Note 17, introduced in January 2009, has brought wide-sweeping changes to the arenas of electronic discovery, document management and litigation support. Electronic capture and exchange of documents is now recommended by the court for cases utilising as little as 200 documents, with the onus on the legal practitioner to understand the technology involved or to obtain assistance in implementing the changes. In addition to our well respected core services, CDS is now well placed to manage the changing landscape of discovery - leaving legal practitioners free to enjoy the rewards of these time saving advances.
